Thank you for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the rules for returns and refunds for orders placed on my personal online shop.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged, or if I shipped the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to show in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling.
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).
Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to my error, such as a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Request a Return & Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact me by email at support@crafthub.mom and include:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item (especially if it is defective or damaged).
I will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of my error (e.g., I sent the wrong or a defective item). I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
