This policy applies to all orders placed through my shop. As a solo-operated venture, I prioritize safe, timely, and transparent delivery for every customer.

1. Shipping Carriers

I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on the best combination of delivery speed, reliability, and cost for your location.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • For any pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Continental U.S.:​ Free standard shipping on orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.95​ applies for orders under $50.

  • Alaska & Hawaii:​ A flat rate of $10.95​ applies.

  • International:​ Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

5. International Orders (Customers’ Responsibility)

International customers are responsible for:

  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Ensuring the ordered items comply with their country’s import regulations.

  • Providing an accurate phone number and email address for customs clearance.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages

  • If an error was made on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item), I will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If a package is returned to me as undeliverable​ due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, reshipping fees will apply.

7. Risk & Liability

  • Responsibility for the purchased items transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued.

  • I am not liable for:

    • Delays caused by weather, carrier processing, or customs.

    • Packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.”

    • Packages seized or rejected by customs authorities.

8. Order Tracking & Support

All orders will include a tracking number. Please contact me immediately at support@crafthub.mom​ if:

  • The tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package.

  • Your package appears damaged upon delivery.

9. Policy Updates

I reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The most current version posted here on my site will apply to all new orders.
